I'm not ANNA

I'm ANNA.
NO.....don't get confused. I'm not joining this bandwagon. But All
channels of communication are bellowing this.
People are coming in mass to support ANNA.
BUT I really wonder how many of them know about ANNA and his
cause. I wonder how many of us understand the system. Or
simply we are following a well publicised version to prove ourself as
a responsible citizen.
I really like the cause for which ANNA is fighting and I really
condemn the ruling party for the ways being opted to STOP Anna. I
sincerely feel that Govt. has failed in all sphere. I know that corruption
is deadly poison for common man.
BUT .....I have my reservations on team ANNA's ways and I have
reservation on accepting his LOKEPAL as cure for all menace.
At present who are politician, bureaucrat, judges? They all belong to
family of some of us. And who is TEAM ANNA? Again they are from
this same society. Who all will be implementing ANNA's LOKEPAL?
Again the answer is same society.
So mere passing of bill doesn't change anything. There are many
welfare schemes. There are many laws to protect our right. But
how much they are being used? No prize for guessing. We all know
that.
We need to educate the society against corruption and we need to
change ourself than passing a bunch of papers.
How many of us are filing proper tax return? How many of us will
not use our contacts for promotion? How many of us will not try to
buy a seat for our kids in a renowned college?
If WE change, then our world will also change.
Let us try to make the election process clean. Let us vote for right
candidate rather than voting on the basis of caste and party.
Democracy is the real solution.
